• When the Oracle of Delphi said that little baby Oedipus would grow up to kill his father and sleep with his mother, his parents pinned his ankles together and ordered a slave to abandon him on a mountain (Freudian Oedipus Complex). We learn that Agamemnon has sent for his daughter, Iphigeneia, telling her she will marry the Greek hero Achilles. But the real reason he has invited her is to kill her as a sacrifice to the goddess Artemis, who is preventing the wind from filling the sails of the Greek ships to battle the Trojans of Troy.
• The Electra Complex (Jung) is a term used to describe the female version of the Oedipus Complex. In Sophocles’s tragic play The Knot Electra examines revenge and the ancient Greek “blood for blood” feudal justice. Both Electra and her brother, Orestes, swear to avenge the murder of their father, Agamemnon, by murder revenge even though he was killed by their mother, Clytemnestra. Orestes begins to waver on his decision to murder their mother. Electra convinces Orestes that he must fulfill his duty to Agamemnon and murder their mother. Throughout the play, Electra’s intense desire for revenge is symbolized as a knot—one that no one, she claims can untie as it grows tighter and stronger with each passing day that she must live amongst evil and corruption.
• The Mayans engaged in a large number of festivals and rituals on fixed days of the year, many of which involved animal sacrifices and all of which seem to have involved bloodletting. The ubiquity of this practice is a unique aspect of pre-Columbian Mesoamerican culture, and is now believed to have originated with the Olmecs,[4] the region’s first civilization. Ritualised sacrifice was usually performed in public by religious or political leaders piercing a soft body part, most commonly the tongue, ear or foreskin, and collecting the blood to smear directly on the idol or collecting it on paper, which was then burned.[4] In what is today Nicaragua, the blood was smeared on maize, distributed to the people and baked into sacred bread.[5] The blood could also be collected from the non-elite, often from the foreskins of youths, or from high-ranking women.

• What is known of Mayan ritual practices comes from two sources: the extant chronicles and codices of the missionary-ethnographers who arrived with or shortly after the Spanish conquest of Yucatán, and subsequent archaeological data. The historical record is more sparse than that for the Aztecs,[1] and can only be reliable in regards to the Post-Classical period, long after the Classic Maya collapse. Excavation and forensic examination of human remains have also thrown light on the age, sex, and cause of death of sacrificial victims.

Sacrifice of this order is based on aggression (theft murder rape) and was often associated with worship of the dead. Moloch was a pagan deity, to whom child sacrifice was offered at the Jerusalem tophet. Some modern scholars have proposed that Moloch may be the same god as Milcom, Adad-Milki, or an epithet for Baal. The fact that Osiris and Baal have similar backgrounds, though not directly connected, probably aided Baal’s acceptance in Egypt. Also, his nature as a storm god naturally meant that he was equated with the Egyptian god Seth, but perhaps also with Montu.

• A quark (kwɔːrk, kwɑːrk/) is a type of elementary particle and a fundamental constituent of matter. Quarks combine to form composite particles called hadrons, the most stable of which are protons and neutrons, the components of atomic nuclei.[1] All commonly observable matter is composed of up quarks, down quarks and electrons. Owing to a phenomenon known as color confinement, quarks are never found in isolation; they can be found only within hadrons which include baryons (such as protons and neutrons) and mesons or in quark–gluon plasmas.[2][3][nb 1] For this reason, much of what is known about quarks has been drawn from observations of hadrons.
• Quarks have various intrinsic properties including electric charge, mass, color charge, and spin. They are the only elementary particles in the Standard Model of particle physics to experience all four fundamental interactions, also known as fundamental forces (electromagnetism, gravitation, strong interaction, and weak interaction), as well as the only known particles whose electric charges are not integer multiples of the elementary charge.
• There are six types, known as flavors, of quarks: up, down, charm, strange, top, and bottom.[4] Up and down quarks have the lowest masses of all quarks. The heavier quarks rapidly change into up and down quarks through a process of particle decay: the transformation from a higher mass state to a lower mass state. Because of this, up and down quarks are generally stable and the most common in the universe, whereas strange, charm, bottom, and top quarks can only be produced in high energy collisions (such as those involving cosmic rays and in particle accelerators). For every quark flavor there is a corresponding type of antiparticle, known as an antiquark, that differs from the quark only in that some of its properties (such as the electric charge) have equal magnitude but opposite sign.
• The quark model was independently proposed by physicists Murray Gell-Mann and George Zweig in 1964.[5] Quarks were introduced as parts of an ordering scheme for hadrons, and there was little evidence for their physical existence until deep inelastic scattering experiments at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center in 1968.[6][7] Accelerator program experiments have provided evidence for all six flavors. The top quark, first observed at Fermilab in 1995, was the last to be discovered.[5]

is a hypothetical region that has decoupled from cosmic expansion and contains

formation and evolution of the universe and multiverses as Dark Matter Halo with Galactic
white stellar Dark Halo or Black Hole centring and this may be extended to the quark proton
nucleus of atoms and cells and planetary formation.

*Angela Davis Women, Race and Class 1981 Are Prisons Obsolete? 2003. by Angela Y. Davis is a nonfiction book published in 2003 by Seven Stories Press that advocates for the abolition of the prison system.[1] The book examines the evolution of carceral systems from their earliest incarnation to the all-consuming modern prison industrial complex. Davis argues that incarceration fails to reform those it imprisons, instead systematically profiting from the exploitation of prisoners. The book explores potential alternatives to the prison system that could transform the justice system from a punitive instrument of control and retribution into a tool capable of changing lives for the better through a combination of autobiography and academic examination. It is a core text in the prison abolition movement.[2]
